8/18/12 Otis's 1st Birthday.
8/4/12 arrive home with Lark and Otis!!!
7/31/12 VISA appointment, approved!
7/27/12 We leave for ET & our 10-year Anniversary
7/19/12 Otis passes Embassy! We are ready to travel!
7/16/12 Lark passes US Embassy!
6/12/12 Lark's 1st Birthday. Sad we missed it.
5/17/12 Arrive back in Denver, the hard wait begins
5/14/12 Lark passes court!
5/7/12 Court date, Otis passed!
5/5/12 left for Ethiopia- trip #1
4/18/12 vaccinations
4/4/12 Received our court date! May 7th
1/11/12 Referral of precious 3-month-old baby boy!
12/5/11 Referral of beautiful 5-month-old baby girl!
8/17/11 dossier makes its way to Ethiopia!
8/3/11 dossier makes its way to DC
7/28/11 Submitted completed dossier to agency!! Phew!
7/27/11 9-year wedding anniversary!
7/7/11 not twins, but 2 unrelated children
6/17/11 Ethiopian travel and mingling get-together
6/13/11 USCIS approval received!
5/16/11 USCIS fingerprinting appointment
5/15/11 decision to adopt TWINS!
4/30/11 Race, Medical Issues, and Chid Development training 8hrs
4/1/11 Dossier kit received
3/26/11 Ethiopian Cooking Class
3/25/11 Home Study finalized and submitted to USCIS
3/11/11 Trauma, attachment, and parenting training 8 hrs
3/10/11 Physical exams
2/24/11 Third and final home study!!!
2/15/11 Second home study
2/8/11 First home study
1/20/11 Asked references to help us out :)
1/19/11 Social Worker assigned to our case
1/11/11 Home Study contract signed and sumbitted
1/6/11 Fingerprinting and FBI Clearances
12/25/10 Told the family our good news!
12/17/10 Preliminary application and deposit submitted
11/28/10 First inquiry to A Love Beyond Borders
